ELLON & DISTRICT PROBUS CLUB
ABOUT US
The Club meets on the second and fourth Thursdays of each month at 10.00 in the Royal British Legion Club, Station Road, Ellon AB41 9AY. We welcome visitors from other clubs. The formation of a Probus Club in Ellon results from a meeting of like-minded retired gentlemen held on 17th August 1981. A subgroup comprising Alexander Wilson, John. McLeod and Rev Matthew Rodger, was formed and the club had its first meeting at the New Inn, Ellon in October 1981. The Club then had 28 members and its first President was Sandy Wilson.
