HOW TO BECOME A MEMBER OF ELLON PROBUS CLUB
As stated in our constitution, the normal method for joining the club is to be introduced by a member. However, if you are not familiar with any of our members, you should contact our secretary - Graham McCombie
Why should I join Probus?
The club welcomes members of the community who enjoy interesting talks from speakers within the club and also external speakers. Over the years, we have had visits to a range of different enterprises from Oldmeldrum Distillery to Aberdeen Lifeboat and Peterhead Prison.
An important aspect of Probus is the social aspect especially for those who have retired and who miss the company of workmates. While there is no strict age limits, the membership is mostly for those older than 55.
The Club currently comprises 42 men but resolved at the AGM to welcome ladies in line with other Probus Clubs throughout the country.
